Avalon Sentinel — Data Rights & Account Deletion

How to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data

This page explains how to exercise your data rights in relation to the Avalon Sentinel mobile app, published by Avalon Artificial Intelligence Limited.

How accounts work. Avalon Sentinel has no in-app sign-up. Accounts are provisioned by your organisation’s Sentinel administrator, and your operational data lives on your organisation’s Sentinel server (on-premises or in its own cloud). For most data, your organisation is the data controller. This affects where your request is best directed (see below).

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

How to make a request

  1. Contact your organisation’s Sentinel administrator (the data controller) for the fastest handling of operational data and for account deactivation/deprovisioning.
  2. Or contact us at info@unitedavalon.com with the subject line “Data Rights Request — Avalon Sentinel”. Include: the request type (access / correction / deletion / restriction), the account email used in the app, and your organisation’s name. We will help route and action your request, and we will verify your identity before acting.

You can submit a request even if you have uninstalled the app.

Account deletion

Because there is no self-service account creation in the app, account deletion is handled by deprovisioning: your administrator can deactivate and remove your account, and you may also request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@unitedavalon.com. On a verified deletion request, your account credentials and associated personal profile data are deleted, subject to the retention note below.

Retention — please read

We will not falsely promise instant, total erasure. Certain security-event, incident, evidence, and audit records may be retained by your organisation’s Sentinel deployment for legitimate security, safety, legal, and audit purposes even after a deletion request, to the extent permitted or required by applicable law. Retention periods for that operational data are configured and controlled by your organisation, not by the app. Your account-identity data is deleted on a verified request except where such retention obligations apply.

On-device data

The app stores only session tokens (encrypted in the device secure store) and minor preferences. Logging out clears your session, and uninstalling the app removes its local data from your device. Evidence media is streamed on demand and is not stored on your device.
